Doesn't seem to make sense because everything was Approved.
Does this mean anything? Is something wrong or not set-up correctly?

I actually called Linkpoint first, but they said since the message came from Zencart, and not them, that they couldn't help me. I believe the facts are that, although the message did come from the cart, the verfication notice/warning came from them. I'll see what I can find out.

Perhaps give them another call and talk to someone a little more ... umm ... savvy shall we say?

Why would I try to get support from customer support? That's like trying to get help from the helpdesk. It is a trying experience these days!

Believe me, I've NEVER felt that way about Zencart support. I was referencing support/helpdesk for commercial products- things we do actually PAY for, and consequently should expect more from.

I don't know how you guys do it, and am amazed at the speed and accuracy of the replies I've always gotten to my problems and concerns. I'm encouraging the owner of our business to, as soon as he feels we're able to, make a contribution. Admittedly, it's already WAY overdue. Everyday I work with zencart, I'm more impressed by it.
