Completing Charge Transactions

Call me stupid (because I must be) I've not been able to figure out how you actually complete a charge tranasaction. We have Zencart/Linkpoint authorize the charge upon purchase, but don't actually charge it until the item ships. In Zencart, under Orders, it's set to "Pending" upon the sale. Does changing it to "Delivered" charge the card, or is that only for order management purposes only for Zencart? Or is it running the batch report through Linkpoint? We have a portable CC machine that we use when at tournaments, and we do run a batch report at the end of the day, but that's after actually running (and I assumed charging) the credit card while the customer is present.

If you are ONLY pre-authorizing in linkpoint then you will have to login to linkpointcentral and authorize and batch the sale
