Does anyone know if its possible to transfer admin settings from one website running zen to another that is being set up without having to go through everything manually? Things like sidebox settings, how many favourites if any showing etc etc - I would like to set up another website with pretty much the same as the one i already have and wondered if it was possible?

The configuration table in thr DB contains these values and if you do this treat it as an upgrade re-running zc_install to insure the DB is fully updated
