Disappearing

I have a need to retain "  " in some of the text. If I don't update the product it will stay, but the minute I make a change, it will remove all of my    and replace them with blank space and they obviously don't work.
this is how it should look:

if you see the first product, the line-up under"Nutrition Information Nutritionnelle" is not properly indented.
It is annoying just as much as the wholesale price dropping during update...
Any suggestion how to overcome this?

The easiest way to do that, would be to type this into the product description box instead of "<b>Nutrition Information Nutritionnelle</b>":
