I set the zencart up using my e-mail address, intending to change it after everything was running and tested ok. I have changed the address every place I can think of, including admin/tools/admin settings and admin/configuration/e-mail options. The numbers still come to my e-mail address instead of the actual administrator's address. Where do I change this?!

In the payment module settings, you can change the email address.
