Default PhpMyAdmin from one domain to another ?

    Hello,

I have set up my zen cart to look and run exactly how I want it .

I have a friend who loves how mine looks and works, and was wondering if their is a way for me to export my database (via PhpMyAdmin) to his (and then copy my overrides folders) ?

The problem that I perceive is that there will issues with database usernames etc.

Anyone suscessfully duplicated their own zen cart onto anther domain ?

any ideas would be appreciated .

    cheers,
    Anthony

copy all the tables except the admin table which contains the admin users and maybe your customer & order tables ?? the remainder should not be a problem.

You should have Zen Cart already installed on their account wih the DB created

I imported all the tables except for the 2 admin tables, however I am still getting error messages related to database usernames etc.

Does anyone know of any other tables which shouldn't be imported, or if there is anther way it get around it ?

    Thanks.

Try in phpmy admin dropping just the contents (not the table) of the DB cache.

    Hello,

How would you go about dropping the contents of the DB Cache in PHPMyAdmin ?

    Thanks,
    Anthony
