overide folder ?? .... Is this right?

Since I'm going to mess up the tpl_product_info_display.php I need to use the overides.. so can a folder be placed in

Zen_Test/includes/templates/template_default/CUSTOM/templates

or would it be placed in

Zen_Test/includes/templates/CUSTOM/template_default/templates

because the first example dosent have a "Classic" folder in the DIR, so can that file be overiden?.... Or.. do I have to place the file in the folder I have as the second example?

As I read the FAQ's I understand (I think I do anyways) that any DIR with the "Classic" folder can be overidden, and that includes all subDIR's after classic??

am I right in the thought process here?

Thanks for the replies Merlin and Afo.. then I did have it right this time, so any file below "CUSTOM" can be placed in that folder, and I dont have to lose all the edits.. this time!..... now if I could just understand how to edit the PHP I'd be set.. LOL
