Sales Report - Question - Bug?

I am using the Sales Report by BlindSide - the latest version.

When manufacturers pull their reports they are seeing negative sales if a gift certificate was used to purchase their product. For example, the store gave out a $25 gift certificate. Customer buys a product from Manufacturer A, B and C. Sales report for for each manufacturer shows the total amount of the gift certificate as a discount.

Is this a bug? A quirk?

Any ideas? I've attached a screen shot.

Oh wow, an answer would be awesome!

We're having the same issue - only our totals will go in the negatives

Coupons and gift certificates are being shown applied for all manufacturers, even if separate reports are done.

Same thing for me. The final report price is misleading.
