I have checked the items I thought of -- proper state tax record, proper state tax zone, removed tax from PayPal account (my forwarded site is still running and uses PP shopping cart) just in case. I deleted and re-installed the PayPal IPN module just in case (I was attempting to install the express earlier but have disabled it as I await the hash signature info).

No order number shows on the customer's order screen when returned from PayPal and I get nothing in the Admin, on the customer's account, the PayPal IPN area or an email from ZC.

I attached the Error Log as I turned on to get some record of what is going on. I have removed some of the pertinent personal info, so marked.
