I'm selling lot of thing on ebay and in webshop
as company - we are selling on ebay WITHOUT VAT... so always to final price people have to add VAT manualy.

Webshop sends information to paypal - ALWAYS with VAT....

problem is that i need to turn on on paypal "automatic vat" - so paypal will ADD vat to or payments automatically.. but in this case: it is addaing vat to webshop payments (again, becouse webshop is doing it) and then when information from paypal is comming back to shop, of course amount is incorrect and webshop does not change status of order. and do not see payment.

what i need in few words ?
webshop showing prices with VAT, but sending payment to paypal without VAT (if somebody wants to pay in this way)

anybody can help ?
I've tried to change but it will take me loooong time. I was neer interesting paypal payments.
