CC transaction not showing in Linkpoint

I am runing Linkpoint API with Zen Cart. I have put my .PEM file in the correct location according to the instructions.

I have verified with the host that the Port is open and the test from my store to the secure host is being made.

when i buy somthing in my store the transaction completes just fine.

When I log into https://www.linkpointcentral.com.
to view my transactions there is nothing there. No transactions. Where do I go from here.

Look in admin-> modules-> shipping, please tell me what modules are turned on

Linkpoint/YourpayAPI
Check/Money Order
Paypal

When I tried to uninstall the "Credit CC" then all my credit card fields went away on the check out screen. I have tried uninstall all and reinstall.

well you need to turn that CC module completly OFF
thats what its using and linkpoint isnt attached to that at all,
after turning OFF the cc module,
try rebooting your PC and then switch to the classic template,

test it...

If it works then try switching back to the custom template

test it again,

If it dosnt work then youo know you have something in your template

I am using the default classic zencart template. Have never made template changes. Will try unistall of all again. Will let you know.

Is this a fresh install or upgrade?
have you made sure that your rebooted your PC,
to clear ANY residuals out
