Moved Zencart from one Hosting account to another HELP!!!!

having major issues. I moved a customers zen cart from one host to another. She has loads of product and info on cart and we don't want to loose it. But she only has version 1.3.1 and we really need to reinstall the cart. How do I do this and move the correct info to the correct area with out messing up anything? Help please..I am also getting a error message when I tried to do an update on the Cache issue with SQL so not sure what I am doing wrong.
Please help me if possible.

retain your configure.php files from the working install...Hope that you have a backup of the files and the DB...

Do not do a re-install straight away....

install the backup'd files and create a DB - upload the DB backup to this DB

Correct the config files for any path changed and the DB name - user - pass

in phpmyadmin drop the cache CONTENT only not the table

This should net you an accessible shop....

then upgrade this install.

Ok will try that now. I have the entire store saved and backed up on my computer.

Ok this is what I get 1146 Table 'smalltow_zc1.zen_db_cache' doesn't exist
in:

Using phpmyadmin open the DB and drop the CONTENT ONLY (not the table) in the cache table and see if that squares you away
