need help on 2CO urgently....please

Hi all,

I have already contacted 2CO too and also read the posts in here, but still maybe someone out here to help me out.

Following problems I have to face with 2CO (they are my only choice):

1. The customer isnt redirected to my website after order proceeded.
2. I have absolutly no idea how to upload a CSV, would need a step by step guide for absolute beginner
3. When I run the testmode I do get confirmation mail for order, but somehow it is not captured in my admin....I dont see the orders anywhere...

Please need help very urgent.

Oh,when i test to check out my product at my website.I see that 2checkout module forward to 2checkout and just give total money need paid.

I did not upload any CSV before.

Do we need upload product or CSV file to sell with 2checkout?

Hi,

well, as far as I understood, this is an requirement asked by 2CO. THere are severals threads concerning that topic, like e.g.

I havent had any problems yet, but still would like to meet those requirements. I also always get an additional mail from 2CO, reminding me that 2CO couldnt find the sold product as some info about that sold product are missing...
