Maximum items on product listing

How do I change the maximum number of products to show on the product listing?

I don't want to change the Featured/All/New/Special

I want to change the maximum amount of products as displayed when you click on a category and it displays products.

Nevermind I got it. It is called "Products Listing- Number Per Page".
I don't know why it has 10 as it's default. It only shows 9.

My max is 10, but I need to have more items on the page.

Somebody, please get me out of my confusion here.

Products Listing- Number Per Page
Maximum Number of Products to list per page on main page

This cart is pretty sophisticated. Lot's of things to look at.
Sometimes a little confusing, but I am muddling though it.
