I hope somebody can help me out here...I've racked my brains to figure out how to fix this problem and I'm about to give up and switch to another product.
Here's the situation. I've installed ZenCart on my server. The install went fine, only took about five to ten minutes. Dotster.com is my host. I use standard windows (IIs) hosting for my website.
Ok, so here is the problem. Zen Cart is still saying that the /includes/configure.php can still be written to. The permissions for the file are read only... I even called Dotster.com to verify that it was set properly. Only authenticated FTP users may write to the file, but Dotster.com will not change this for me...and I don't think it should be a problem.
Does anybody have ANY advice? I'll try anything at this point - I've literally spent hours pouring over and reinstalling everything to try to get it to be set up correctly...
Thanks in advance,
Joshua Briggs.
