Can't Access Admin Site or my zen cart store front

Hello,
I am in need of some major help. I can't seem to access my store front thru zen cart or my admin site to see if I screwed something up. Does any body know if zen cart is down right now? Or have any suggestions as to what I might have screwed up and how I can fix it? I also just wanted to point out that I am probably not as computer savvy as the people who will be responding to this post so please don't get to technical when you answer. To be honest make your answer as idiot proof as possible.

What do you mean by you cannot access your store thru zen cart?

Does that mean your domain is down? In which case you need to call your hosting site ...

Does that mean a link is not working?

Could you be a bit more specific?

Perhaps an URL where you are trying to reach your shop and cannot would help ...

To keep thi simple at the start post the url that you use to access your shop -

Zen Cart being up or down has nothing to do with your install as yours is a separate stand alone application

Ok the zen cart store front site is http://www.anu-skin.com/store/index.php I can't get it to load all it comes up with is this at the top of the screen <!--begin header/

My admin site is takes me to the log in screen I put in my user name and password and it doesn't load either it doesn't even change the screen. It simple wipes the stuff I just typed in off the screen and then does nothing

I don't get any errors, problems messages, I don't get anything.

loaded for me as well, but at the end there was this message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in /home/.mako/rymalia/anu-skin/store/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 61

I have no idea what it means, but perhaps someone else will be able to help you.

This is a php 5.2.0 error ...

If you do a search on:
Execute*

There are work arounds for this ...

NOTE: we have added a work around fix to v1.3.7 ... for this and other issues you should really upgrade your site ...
