HELP! Zone Rates shipping error

My problem though is getting this error message:

Zone Rates (The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time):

It is not calculating the zone rate correctly (or at all it seems). Is this caused by something I have set up?

You speak of Items per Order but you are set for Weight ...

Are these settings in Zones Shipping set for Weight or Items?

I think you might have tabs or some hidden character in your zone settings ...

Copy the line I made and delete what you have under US in Zone 1 and put in the paste of what I posted ...

I say items and weight interchangeably because every item I have has a weight of "1". Right now they are all the same, but in the future I will have items with different weights so I'm using weights.

I copied and pasted your data in, I won't know if it is a fix until I get my next customer order since it seems to work fine when I use my testing customer, it has only failed on real customers so far (every time).

I see 6lb Products ... switch to Item if that is what you are configuring for and see if things work when you use the settings I posted for you ...

I changed it to item shipping now.

Yes, I have a 6lb product now, what I was trying to do though is to have that count as 6 of the other products for shipping calculation, its not really 6 lbs weight. I thought I turned off "lb" from all displays (per another thread on this support site) so it should just say it weighs 6. Maybe I'm trying to make zencart do things it's not supposed to do, but I thought I was following forum advice.

Try using this, there is a typo in your settings:

5:2.00,10:3.00,15:4.00,20:5.00,25:6.00,30:7.00,35:8.00,40:9.00,10000:10.00

You have:

5:2.00,10:3.00,15:4:00,20:5.00,25:6.00,30:7.00,35:8.00,40:9.00,10000:10.00

Am I looking in the wrong spot? I see this:

Zone 1 Shipping Table
5:2.00,10:3.00,15:4.00,20:5.00,25:6.00,30:7.00,35:8.00,40:9.00,10000:10.00

Which is the same as I pasted in from your post a few posts back. It looks like it has the period not the colon.

Nevermind, I see the error you are talking about in my posts back, so now it should be fixed! Yay!! :) I bet that made it go crazy for my customers.
