Hi! I use the salemaker to give a 25% discount on a certain category. But i use quantity discounts, 1-4 is the original price, 5-14 is one price and 15+ is one price. Is there a simple way to put 25% off the price even for the 1-4, 5-14 and 15+?

I'm pretty sure you have to use one type of discount or the other, not both. Without digging through the the code, we need Linda to confirm this one.
At this time, SaleMaker cannot be used on existing Discounts built in the Products Price Manager ...
It is either one or the other ... and Discount rule over Salemaker ...

Is there another way than changing the price for every single product manually?
This is something that I have just set up and I'm having this problem also. So you're saying if I want to offer a further 30 on top pf the qunaity discount I will need to do it manually?
Is there no other way around this? Thanks for any reply.
The way I got around this was by deleting the sale and creating a discount coupon for the discount amount I want to offer, in my case 30%.
I didn't enter a uses per coupon or customer so customers can use it as mamny times as they want but set the date to start and end in june as it is a june sale.
I pasted a note and the coupon code on my sites main page for customers to see and hopefully this will do the trick as the discount will apply to the order total even when quantity discounts per items have applied.

better than creating a coupon, you can use the specials feature, when you set up your quantity pricing in the upper right hand corner there is a drop down for discounted price from: select special.
You have to individually select each product that is on special (a real pain) but better than changing prices.
I created a banner that reads Monthly Specials in red and that sends the user to the specials page.
