taxes not included and wrong even though zones, rates, ALL options setup

I setup the 1.3.7 yesterday.
I did everything, and it works almost...

First I deleted all the exsting zones and rates. then i made a new zone "everywhere" went to details included all countries and all zones.
then i made a new rate "everywhere" put it to 0, (also 0.1) and assigned it to the zone everywhere.

I made a product (music product) assigned it to the tax zone "everywhere", assigned all shipping options to taxzones "everywhere" under modules.

went to admin- config, turned to true, that admin and customers see only the price included taxes...

but still

the price is showed with 22% taxes subtracted!!!

I have no idea where this 22% come from, since i deleted all tax rates..

I'm on edge, please help me.

ok, got it.

It was default currency (selected from installation) but it didn't set this one to 1.000 under currencies... so i entered in euro, but it converted it to us, but showed it as euro.
so had to update currencies with the "new" default,, no it's ok.

drove my mad!!
