Pricing display - $0.036

A new client has several items that have pricing that includes the NEW CONFIG sample setup below.

[DEFAULT] $0.04 X 50,000 = $2,000.00 (rounds up to nearest whole cent)
[NEW CONFIG] $0.036 x 50,000 = $1,800.00
DIFFERENCE = $200.00

I managed to add and display the additional 3rd digit to the right of the decimal by editing [Localization/Currencies/US Dollar/Decimal Places=3] and it now calculates the amount correctly, however the extra digit is displayed anywhere the price is displayed [Ten Dollars = $10.000] and may appear confusing for most customers.

Is there any way to leave the 3 digits in the admin/config and stop the last digit from being displayed throughout the catalog and cart?

i have also the same proble with zen 137, but for me, I cann't get 0.036$ added price to product A in the shop like this, but I get 0.000$ , even after adding attributes, exp.+1.12$ shows 1$, I need that my prices be shown exactly as I write in admin, without rounding?????
any help ??
