I need some help here... I don't have true PHP knowledge but I want to do a shipping module. It's in fact the price table is very simple

less then 2 kg --> € 5,59
2 kg to 5 kg --> € 8,00
5 kg to 10 kg --> € 10,53
10 kg to 15 kg --> € 13,38
15 kg to 20 kg --> € 20,99
20 kg to 25 kg --> € 22,17
25 kg to 30 kg --> € 23,21

For each additional Kg adds 1,40€.
Can someone please help with this or just show me a shipping module that is similar in the working method?
