Complicated Registration Form Options

I need a registration form where many choices must be made. Is there a way to have check boxes. I have read the attributes directions and it says if there is more than one choice it goes immediately to a drop down menu. Is there a way around that???

Two days of choices, meals, sessions some additional costs.

Do not select the drop down box - select chck box - beware that if using check boxes that all check boxes can be checked - alternative is radio buttons
