    Default Zone Rates problem

Almost all of my shipping will be USPS First Class packages and Priority mail. (I'm shipping audio CDs exclusively) Since most of my shipments are under 1 pound I set up my Zone 1 rates as follows:

    0.3:1.85;0.6:3.05;0.8:3.55;1:4.25;2:4.75;... etc

With one CD weighing around 2.25 ounces (0.14 lbs) and the package tare set to 0.07 lbs -- it works for 1 CD. But 2 CDs which weigh 0.35 lbs -- (0.14 x2)+0.07 -- should bump the shipping up to $3.05 -- but instead it's bumping it up to the 1 lb rate. (The weight of .35lbs does show correctly in the shipping estimate)

So -- what have I done wrong?

Hmm, I'm no expert at the zones and such but to me, what you've set up looks okay.

Maybe shipping "per item" would work for you since everything is audio cd.
