What Define Pages is home page?

My hiome page source code shows Title and meta tags. However, when I go into Admin Panel and look at Define_Main_page.php it does NOT include the title or meta tags. I tried to find WHERE the title and Meta tags were in a previous post but no luck. It IS NOT in the "includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php " as was previously advised. Thanks,

Can you give me the exact file and location? I am not seeing it? I only see in the SOURCE CODE of the home page. I am NOT seeing it in "includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php "

I am looking at your source also and can not see what you have for files???

Guessing - you have a file at
includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php
and you might also look to see if there is one at
includes/languages/english/classic/meta_tags.php
