Removing Blank space at the top below the logo?

Take the float: right: out of the .headers .row .col12 call on line 14 of the TM stylesheet.

I'm going to bed but search some of my posts - look for the image size in header - for the file names and also look at the sticky re css there's some configuration you may need to do there too.

Enough to leave as is... But how can I make the bar go up a little higher taking up some of that blank space at the top?

You can reduce the amount of white space in the header indeed. That makes it easier to browse for your customers. BTW: Very nice design.

And give your website a propoer title. At the moment i read: HOME_PAGE_TITLE. Looks like a missing defninition in the language file.

Set 

.header_t .row1 {
height:89px;
}

Set the height of the spacer for you menu to 49 px

and maybe reduce the spacing between the header and the main content to 10px
