Adding a button re: shipped

In admin, when under customers - orders and seing the list of order, you can select an order, and in the right colum you will have the following button :

edit - delete
invoice - packing slip

I would like to have a button that I could click and it would change the order to a specific status, in my case it would be shipped, which is my status 3

Is it possible ?

Yup. Well Im not good at coding. I guess per your answer this is not an easy one file edit or something like that ?

Depends on what all you want it to do when it changes orders_status ...

Currently, it is designed to email the customer and update any comments etc. in addition to updating the database tables ...
