Good Afternoon All,
I am currently working on a project where my customer wants an online magazine, and I need a little help. The magazine will be populated with articles, or the 'products', (typicaly recipies, things to cut out & make, etc) and these are all to be available as downloads, as well as viewable online.
As this is a magazine, the payment area will need to be a little different too.
The only product, if any should be a subscription, and after paying this (It lasts for 12 months) they will then have access to the members magazine with many more projects and articles to do.
So I need to move the payment area, and also have 2 shopfronts of sorts, one for the free magazine for all to see, and one for the members area.
Some areas of this are relatively simple to sort, I have a front page that doesn't look to disimilar to the sketch given to me, but editing the product pages - which will be the 'article' pages seems to be a problem. I will need more than one image per product, (the first could be used as the thumbnail.) and I may need some hints on how to do this.
I am asking I think for someone with a good deal of zen cart knowledge, to help me realise how big this project is. This project has been designed for children, is very ethically lead and a great idea. If anyone could spare some time to reply with some pointers or is happy to have a chat about what I am trying to do this would be greatly appriciated.
Thank you in advance,
Stuart.
