My client received an email with order #35. But when she checked the orders in her site admin panel, they only go up through #34. I placed a test order, and *it* was numbered 35. I then tried, as a "customer" to see if there was some way to cancel/undo my order - and couldn't find one. So I don't *think* this is what happened.
How can an order finalize to the point of a email being sent to the site owner, yet not show in the admin panel?
