coupon code not calcuating discount

I have a coupon code set and its not calculating at checkout. any ideas how to fix? i dont have free shipping set. I need help please!

Coupon Amount :: $0.10
Start Date :: 02/05/2007
End Date :: 02/13/2018
Uses per Coupon :: Unlimited
Uses per Customer :: Unlimited
Valid Product List :: NONE
Valid Categories List :: NONE

Date Modified :: 02/13/2007

Is this a clean install or an upgrade to v1.3.7?

If an upgrade, from what version and how?

I do not see any referrence to the:

Should see it referrenced right under the list you displayed and on the Discount Coupon at the bottom when you create/edit it ...

Do you have the Link to Discount Coupons in the Information Sidebox turned off?

NOTE: if the problem is this is suppose to be a 10% discount ... edit the coupon and type in 10% vs .10 as you made a $0.10 Discount Coupon ...

NOTE: that is a $0.10 Discount Coupon as in a DIME that you have configured ...

Pretty sure you want 10% Discount Coupon ... a Dime off isn't gonna encourage me to buy some of the jewelry ...

Ok i went into Tools Coupon admin made the coupon and did it as 10%
