PP Express Error: array_merge()

Hello,

I have a fresh 1.3.7 install that I am trying to get PP Express working on. But when you click on the "Pay with paypal" button, you get a page that shows this...

Yup. Sorry, I forgot to mention that.

At least I downloaded the zip and copied all the files to my site. Is this the right way to do it?

The errors are same as they were before I applied the patch.
