Yup. Sorry, I forgot to mention that.
At least I downloaded the zip and copied all the files to my site. Is this the right way to do it?
The errors are same as they were before I applied the patch.

Did you install the latest Patch? Currently it is the 20th ... but do keep an eye on this thread for updates ...

I have 1.3.7 installed along with the 2/20 patch, and I removed and reinstalled the PayPal Express and IPN modules after applying the patch. Is there anything else that needs to be done?
