IE shows gap but FF doesn't

I have problem with CSS, there is gap below every image of top border as you can see in http://springfieldoutdoor.com when using EI. Please help to get rid of those gaps.

Firefox doesn't give any problem just the space between categories, seems to big, any idea how to make it smaller?

Switch to the classic template and see if this problem is evident...most likely not and this is a template issue and you should contact the template provider for a solution

Actually I did find the trick to solve the 1st problem, by using background-position, I was just wondering if there is any normal way to solve it, because I am not sure this trick will work smooth on other browser except IE and FF.

Still waiting for good idea to solve 2nd problem and 1st as well.

Way to go on making the template yourself!

I see you fixed the first problem, but I don't see where you mentioned a second problem.

The only problem I see is that the menu has more space between the items in FF than in IE.

The only think I can think to fix that may be to increase the size of the sidebar.

I did fix the 1st problem by using this trick:

#navHeaderBoxesT{
	background:url(../images/header_t.gif) 0 8px no-repeat;
}
#navHeaderBoxesWrap>#navHeaderBoxesT{
	background:url(../images/header_t.gif) no-repeat;
}

if not the site will look like this on EI:


nevertheless I don't want to use that trick, unless no one has better solution.

birdoasis: which sidebar did you mean? is it the sidebox? I want the size of the sidebox that big, and I don't think by increasing its size will make less space between item on FF. Thanks
