I have a call in to paypal. I explained to him that we all have different severs and none of us changed our sites so the only common denominator is them. I gave him my URL and mentioned to him that there were several others and gave him this URL too (to the ZC Forums) and he is researching the problem and is *supposed* to call me back. We'll see.
