Just one last thin ( or three actually )

1. On the side boxes you will see the Review on the left and the right Who's online boxes the writing is in white and I need it to blue the same if you highligh the box you will see what I mean- what is the css code for these

2. Also the Welcome guest "log yourself in" I need the colour changed as it gets lost in the background - what is the css code for this also

3. And the last thing - I was going to do this with my other site but decided to delete the boxes entirely as I couldn't work out how to do it ... the side box where it says Page 2,3,4 I want to change these headings - where do I change these ?
