Hey guys,
We had a fraudulent customer purchase $200.00 in gift certificates....is there anyway to track it and cancel it? I know that you can usually go into the database and delete the record in the zen_coupon_gv_customer table.....however, this particular customer who purchased these GV's has no money in the Amount Field of that table....
Which means that they probably already EMAILED the amount to the real fraud's email address. In fact, I know that this happened, because I see in the zen_coupon_email_track table that this was emailed to nhan.hang1######################.
Is there anyway to track and cancel that amount from the system so if that other user tries to use the stolen GV money on another account, it won't work?
I noticed that there is a zen_coupon_gv_queue table, and the customer which purchased these fraudulent GV's still had the $200.00 in the Amount field...so I zero'd that out.
Is there anything else I should do to prevent some new account from paying with this gift certificate?
