Product Pictures not updating...

OK this problem has been going on for the last 2 months and i have been working around it, but now I need to find a solution.

I setup my store and everything was working great for 6 months. Then, several months later, I went to add a new product and came across this problem where when I add a new product it won't update the product picture. All it will do is show the defualt "no picture" picture.

I have permissions on all folders set to 777 and it didn't make any difference. I FTP'ed in and don't see it acutally uploading any of the pictures. I can FTP the pictures to the images directory but I don't know how to point to the pictures in ZenCart manually.

Is there a way to manually enter the paths for the pictures (editing the source code?) Any idea why this started happening?

Also i have tried clearing my browsers cache and it didn't make any difference. I also tried to view it from a computer other than I was working on and it didn't help either.
