UPS shipping module error

Recently I have installed UPS shipping module in Zen Cart 1.3.6 ver and its not working. Upon checking UPS.ca website I found that they have stopped supporting streaming method. I guess, the existing module supports streaming of data from UPS. Since, UPS has stopped streaming method with the result the existing UPS shipping module has stopped functioning.

Now they are providing XML solution. For that they are asking to create a web tool a/c then generate a developer key and then access key to access data from there web server. I have created a/c and the keys and also downloaded a (instructional) pdf file. That pdf file contains expample for Java and VB but does talk about asp, php, etc langauges can also be used to access data in XML format. But there is no example for them.

The PDF file size after doing zip is 600 kb and this form allows only upto 488 kb. therefore i could not upload the pdf. If anyone needs it then i can email you.

So far i have not been able to make a begining from that document. Any help would be much appriciated.

I tried searching UPS module for the XML server in the Downloads section but could not locate one. Can you please send the link and the name of the module? I am using 1.3.6 ver for Canada.
