Heading Text Problomes

I am setting up a store for a nursery. It is coming along fine, these forums and tutorials are super. Thank you all.

Below my Category image are the words TEXT_SHOW and in my heading are the words TEXT_HEADING_IMAGE, TEXT_HEADING_PRICE. Can someone help me find out why these are there instead of the simple words that should be?

I think I am understanding that somewhere I have a "define" wrong but I am totally lost as to how to resolve this. Thank you.

If you know what you entered to display in these locations - use the admin > tools > developers tools > to search for the files that have the text that you want and have entered.

Most of these are in english.php or your language.php file and the common error is that the text is to be contained by single quotes and one or both are missing.
