My cart is set up to give free shipping for orders over $70. I also have a 20% off coupon for new customers. People are putting $70 of stuff in their carts and then using the coupon, which makes the total way under $70. But they are still getting free shipping because the shipping is calculated before the coupon. I tried changing the sort order with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!
