User Cannot Create Account. HELP!

Hi all,

Using v1.3.7. I am having a BIG issue right now. After user filled in account creation form (index.php?main_page=create_account&action=process) and clicked "Submit the Information", nothing happened. Page was re-freshed, but show a blank sign up page (i.e. index.php?main_page=create_account&action=process again) In Admin account, no new customer account was created, no record created in MySql, nor any email in/out. And, of course, the new account was not created. What is really going on? What I need to do fix this?

No answers? Or could anyone please tell me where I can see the error logs if there is?

Figured it out. Seems it is my SSL certificate messed up. Once SSL certificate fixed, it is working perfectly now.

Thanks for the update and glad it was a simple issue of your secure certificate having a problem and preventing the create account from working ...
