Programming Help? Importing Products?

I have a big issue. I needed to reinstall Zen Cart so I backed up the database using myphpadmin and backing it up from there. However, after reinstalling, I am not able now to import the database back.

What is the procedure for this or...

Can I copy and paste the product listing zen_products_description somehow?

Are you receiving an error? What might it be?

Thanks, but I found out the problem was with my server. They do not allow me to create new databases so I had to have them import the backed up file for me.

It all worked out.
