Images not rendering

I have created the three sizes recommended for images and the site is definitely using the correct images. However, when "Calculate image size" is changed to "false" no product images render on the site. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

Re: Images not rendering

I cannot reproduce that error ...

What version Zen Cart?

Clean install or an upgrade? If an upgrade from what version and how?

Do you have any add-ons?

Have you an URL to your site where we can see a Product that you know works with the setting on true that stops working when set to false?

Re: Images not rendering

We are using Zen Cart 1.3.5 - a clean install. The only add-on we're using is EZ Load.

Here is a link to a page that should have a whole bunch of product images. I have set the calculate image size to false. If you need me to set it back to true, please let me know. Thanks for your help.

Re: Images not rendering

You have your images set to:
width="0" height="90"

what happens if you make them a tad wider?

Default = 100

Re: Images not rendering

Indicating the width with the Calculate Image size set to false works. I think somehow I am going to need to resize my images so they are all the same in width and all the same in height. I should then be able to keep the calculate image size set to false.

Thank you so much for your help. It's very appreciated!
Now on to resizing (again!):lamo:
