Template differences between v1.2.7x and 1.3.7x?

I was wondering if there were any differences in templates between v1.2.7x and the most current version of ZC? I have several templates that work but the one I want to use I got free from Zen4Me (I've attached a zip). After selecting it in Admin, when I visit the catalog, all I get is a blue screen, and I was wondering since this is a v1.2.7x template, if it was missing some statements somewhere. If someone could help me out I'd very much appreciate it.

The templating system is completely different between the 1.2.xx series and the 1.3.xx series. The templates in 1.2.xx are tables based and the templates for 1.3.xx are all div based withhardly any tables.

Thanks for the rapid response. Is there a way to make it compliant fairly easily or do I just have to discount all template previous to 1.3?

All of the templates would need to be re-written for 1.3.xx.......

Would anyone be willing to do that for me? I am a decent designer but apparently can't do ZC template modifications, I can never find what I need to change. I can't pay much (and I mean very little) but I would be able to maybe trade some advertising or something. If anyone's interested, gimme a shout.
