Move it!

In tpl_header.php, the various elements are contained between <!--bof xxxxxx--> and <!--eof xxxxxx--> comments. You can move any of those elements as a unit to anywhere in the sequence. So move the branding display block to above the navigation block - just don't put one inside another.
