wrap external url in ezpages?

hi,

i am using ezpages to try to build a FAQ with wordpress.

i can link to it externally, but it opens in a new page, despite selecting ''no'' to open in new window.

i suspect that that is over-ridden.

is there a way to have it open up in the main area of zencart?...i.e. wrapped?

i havent found an answer to this via the sticky or search.

maybe just the html is all that is needed?

if so, can someone perhaps post the code?
