Darn TM templates. I sometimes use them for standard web design projects but only for the photoshop file. The HTML code behind it usually sucks.

Should have know same problem would be with a Zen template. Actually worse, since programming is involved.

However, I'd like to thank them....
Without their lack of testing, I never would have learnt all the stuff I did in the last 2 weeks I've waited for a fix.
Now it's all done.
While the posts here didn't fix mine, their copy and past files idea seemed to work for me too. I just got the original files out and pasted the most obvious looking ones into my custom folder over writing t.monster ones.

Well, I got tired of Template Monster not responding! lol. I pretty much have given up on ever really getting an answer from them. They have live support, but the standard answer is this will take some more research please submit a ticket. Geesh, the whole fact that I pressed to get a live person should have been enough for them to generate the TICKET....anyway, another story for another thread!

For this....I basically went into the template folder for my template, backed them ALL up, so that if I messed anything up, I could revert back. I also went into my database and backed that up! Because with me, you never know what I'll mess up! lol!

Then, I took the templates from the default, and copied the ones I thought were the culprits, and I pasted into my_template folder. The ones I copied were tpl_modules_address_book_default.php, that didn't do anything.....so then I went and replaced tpl_modules_checkout_address.php, and that didn't seem to fix anything....so I then did tpl_modules_checkout_new_address.php....

badda bing, badda boom! Problem fixed! And, lucky lucky, I didn't mess anything else up :) That's a first! lol!

Thanks for the advise, I'd have still been here next month with the same problem and no help from the "monsters!"

HI.

I've tried both Paperthread's and Rabbcon's solutions and neither are working.

The problem, precisely, being that the site won't allow anyone to change their 'Shipping Address' because the country selection fails ("You must select a country from the Countries pull down menu.")

I'm running 1.3.6 but am loathe to do an upgrade right now because the site I'm managing (http://www.smallworldmusic.com/catalog/) is heading right into a major festival, is selling tickets like crazy, and I don't want to muck with it until the festival is over.

I have not upgraded to 1.3.7 because when I click the 'Check for Upgrades" button I get the "Your version of Zen Cart™ appears to be current." message.

Well I'am from the Netherlands and have the same problem.
The problems started when I bought a new template (TM) and installed it. It looks very nice on my 1.3.0.2 Zencart, but have problems with:

- registration of new customers
- adding a optional delivery address

I tried the most of your solutions in this topic, but none of them will help.
Are there any smart ones who can help me?
