Netscape Fix? Views strange.

For some strange reason Netscape pushing any page that loads in the middle column over to the right out of the entire table.

Does anyone know of a fix and where to insert it.
I know Golive has an action for Netscape CSS fix but I dont have a clue which page to add it to or where to add it.

It is Netscape 7.1 for Mac OSX.
