Whos Online Fuction has crashed site

Hi,

We have used zen for 3 years now and the site has been working fine up until yesterday when something went wrong. when you visit www.jokesbypost.co.uk we get the following error: 1016 Can't open file: 'whos_online.MYI' (errno: 145)

This is the same error we are now getting in the admin section when selecting 'whos online'

We have not changed or touched anything and we cant raise our host.

Can anyone offer some assistance as to what has happened and how we can rectify this?

sounds like your whos_online table is damaged in your database.

If you have cpanel, go to your MySQL Databases page, and click on the Repair button next to your ZC database.

If you have only phpMyAdmin, open the list of tables. Select whos_online. You may get an error. Click on the Operations tab. Click Repair.
or, open the SQL tab and enter: REPAIR TABLE whos_online;

If it still won't repair, contact your hosting company for assistance.
