All Emails working apart from order confirmation

Hi,

I hope you can help with this - I am completely baffled. All my emails are working apart from Order Confirmations - they are just not getting sent out. I have looked through all the previous threads about this and have tried all the suggestions but they are still not working.

Thanks for your reply. It's the Protx module that's installed. I get copies of the order confirmations but the customer is not receiving the confirmation. I have tested various addresses. All the other emails work fine, including, welcome email, order status and forgotton password. It's just strange....
