Customize Page Layout

Hi everyone!

I am totally new to zen cart and has been trying on the demo page only.

I saw this page http://www.unforgottencards.com/ribbit-p-424.html where the layout is customized and not the template.

Can anyone teach me which page to go to change the layout??
Or at least the header picture??

And any tutorial sites that has all the functionality explanation on zencart? Those that I saw are quite basic and I couldnt find one that teaches how to change the layout..
